Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture Deep Cleansing Oil is formulated with fermented black rice and a blend of nourishing plant oils to effectively dissolve makeup (even waterproof), excess sebum and impurities.
It deeply cleanses the skin while preserving its hydration and natural barrier. Its light texture turns into a milky emulsion on contact with water, leaving skin clean, soft and comfortable, with no greasy film.
